Philosophy: I view the house as my client, not the buyer, seller or agent. The object is to get a good picture of the current condition of the house and point out conditions and factors which may become problematic in the future. 

 

I have been inspecting homes since 2003. I trained at George Brown College and the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors.  I have performed over 6,000 inspections. The majority of houses were older Toronto homes (40 - 100 years old).
